Personel assessment

In «Bentams audit» LLC policies and procedures for evaluating workers at each qualification level have been developed. All our personnel have such qualities as decency, honesty, objectivity, professional competence, proper thoroughness, intelligence and professional abilities.

At the end of each calendar year, employees are assessed for their professional and qualification requirements, as well as personal qualities, such as teamwork, management style, compliance with corporate culture and others. The results are necessarily documented, analyzed and affect the possible appointment to positions that require greater qualifications and responsibility.

In order to maintain the required level of knowledge and competence, our employees receive continuing professional education as follows:

• pass mandatory courses to improve their qualification level;
• receive professional training (professional education) by passing exams for obtaining certificates АССА, CIPA;
• take part in seminars, trainings, scientific conferences, etc.;
• they are constantly engaged in self-education, studying new legislative documents, special literature and periodicals.
