«Dobson-Analytic» LLC conducts its valuation activity based on Certificate of the subject of valuation activity for all types of expert assessment issued by the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Licenses for land assessment , issued by the State Committee of Ukraine on land resources.

We provide the results of the assessment in the form of a report with detailed information on the principles of the applied approaches and methods, as well as on the judgments of the appraiser. The report clearly defines the purpose of the assessment, the sequence of actions taken by the evaluator, the conclusion.
